A seaside stew straight from the wharf. Our Cioppino is the perfect combination of traditional and gourmet. Maine shrimp, Maine crab, mussels, bay scallops, chopped clams and smoked haddock swim in a savory tomato basil broth. With a dash of anise-flavored liqueur, this stew is a must try. One Quart.
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Pour into saucepan or double-boiler and warm over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not boil. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
