Gary Hawkes and his sons Gary, Jr. and Cory are long time lobstermen. They take their boats out every day and literally pull your lobsters out of the trap the same day we ship them. You can't get much fresher than that! We will ship live 1 and 1/4 pound lobsters directly to you. We include all of the necessary instructions for handling, cooking and serving your lobsters at home.
