Serving Suggestions: Our 2.5 pound casserole is the star attraction for any gathering. Large enough to serve 4-6 people as an entree or 6-8 people as a side dish, this unique dish is guaranteed to put smiles on the faces of your closest friends and relatives.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. (Alternate thawing: Remove plastic wrap and lid. Microwave on Automatic Defrost for 10 minutes.) Pre-heat oven to 375°. Remove plastic wrap and/or lid. Bake on sheet pan for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
Port Clyde, Maine is a classic Maine fishing village devoted chiefly to lobstering. Near its wharves, Port Clyde boasts a general store, shops, art galleries and restaurants. It is also where one can catch the daily ferry to Monhegan Island. In the 1800's Port Clyde was known for canning seafood and you can still buy sardines with the Port Clyde label.

"My family and I have tried several of Hancock's delicious recipes, but the Lobster Macaroni, especially since they started cutting up the claw meat, which makes it seem like it has SO much more lobster in it, is without a doubt our ALL TIME FAVORITE!!! Yes, even over the lobster pot pies. With their sale going on, I just ordered 3 of the 2.5 ones. You will Definitely fall in Love with this one!! Guaranteed!!!

"My husband and I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese, biscuits, and berry cobblers to celebrate our 8th anniversary. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The mac & cheese was loaded with lobster and the sauce is buttery/garlicky without being overpowering. We loved every bite of the meal!

"This is easily one of the top 3 dishes I've ever had. The kicker is I don't really like Mac & Cheese and I'm not a big fan of Lobster but this is out of this world good.
